• Truck maintenance
• Inspects concrete mixer before each load and completes daily mechanical inspection report
• Wash the concrete mixer upon return to ensure it is clean before the next load.
• Notifies foreman of major breakdowns and takes truck to garage when breakdown permits
• Ensures compliance with the maintenance schedule and completes the mechanical check sheet when maintenance is due.
• Keeps truck clean (inside and out) at all times
• Informs immediate superior of minor and major breakages observed
• Delivery
• Ensures that he obtains the delivery slip before departure and that he brings all the components indicated on the slip (additives, etc.).
• Checks concrete liquidity (slump) according to instructions and advises dispatcher/doser when not in compliance
• Finds out how to get there, if necessary
• Drive your vehicle with caution, vigilance and attention at all times to avoid accidents.
• Checks with the customer's representative to obtain the necessary information for unloading.
• Makes on-site adjustments to the mix to meet customer requirements
• Complete the information requested on the delivery note
• Takes note of and passes on to his immediate superior the useful information he has gathered from the customer
• Other tasks
• Respects traffic regulations and health and safety rules in the workplace
• Depending on availability, takes part in block stripping and other plant maintenance tasks.
• Performs any other task requested by his/her immediate superior or required by his/her duties
• Can drive 12-wheelers and concrete mixer with semi-trailer

• Secondary school diploma (SSD) or equivalent
• Class 1, 2 or 3 licenses with FM endorsements
• ASP construction card (required)
• Being in good physical health
