Purpose of the position

Loader Operator

Performs the check before departure of the loader;
Supplies the factory with raw materials (sand, stone, etc.) to prevent production from stopping;
Breaks down concrete blocks and stores them in designated places;
Prepares the forms necessary for the production of blocks;
Loads trucks when selling blocks or gravel;
Maintenance of settling ponds;

maintenance man

Regularly inspects plant equipment to detect malfunctions and failures and prevent major breakdowns; 
Looks for the cause of failures;
Adjusts machinery, repairs or replaces defective parts;
Cleans, lubricates and ensures the application of the equipment maintenance program;
Informs the doser-distributor of problems that he cannot solve;
In winter, sees to the proper functioning of the kettle and the heating system;
Performs any other task requested by his immediate superior or required by his functions.
